Millennials are a big part of the employee and they lack loyalty to the companies with high turnover rates. This report is about the mindset of the millennial generation according to two surveys.
PWC collected more than 40 thousand people's responses about workplace culture, communication, pay structure, etc. Deloitte's survey is about the threats and opportunities in the complex world of work in 10 thousand millennials.
Millennials prefer interesting work and a flexible working schedule. They want more support from the company and more opportunities to improve their skills. They believe that businesses and leaders are more loyal to a company.
The organization and manager should consider that they manage Millennials by work-life balance, control working hours and working place, offer help and support and address social concerns.
